For orders under $149 Standard Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10AUD & Express Shipping is $14.95AUD 

Please note pricing may vary dependent on weight. During peak periods (including Christmas), your parcel may take longer to arrive.

Please note that depending on your location, duties/taxes fees may be liable to you, and you are responsible for paying any custom charges. Fees are determined by your location and invoice amount.  There are many different regulations and sometimes complex duty rates applicable to imported cargo, we recommend looking into the laws and customs fees for your country before placing your order. Parcels can be delayed at customs from time to time, unfortunately, this is out of our control and we can not do anything to move the parcel through faster. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Australia Post or DHL (International) will email a tracking number to you once your order has been collected from our warehouse. Please check your spam/junk folder.

9 - 5pm

Orders must be received before 12pm to be available for pick up same-day. Orders received after this time will be available the next day. Simply select ‘Pick Up’ from the shipping options at checkout.

You will receive confirmation once the order is ready for collection.
Please DO NOT show up unless you have received confirmation your order is ready.
